“I predict future happiness for Americans, if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”
― Thomas Jefferson

I was born June 24,1982 in Cullman, Alabama. This is and always will be my home no matter where I lay my head. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Brittney, for 7 years. We were blessed with our son, Lane, four years ago. I enjoy golf, firefighting, instructing, EOD, metal/woodworking, and anything dealing with agriculture just to name a few.

I graduated from Cullman High School in 2001. Following graduation, I joined the Army and served on active duty from 2002-2006 as a Fire Support Specialist. I had one deployment to Iraq with 3BCT 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). Upon my Honorable Discharge from the Army, I obtained my CDL’s and began a career as professional semi-driver. I joined the Alabama National Guard in 2008 where I currently serve as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. I am also currently employed as a Conductor trainee. I also have the pleasure of serving the Berlin community as a Captain with Berlin Volunteer Fire and Rescue.

Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down one's life for one's friend. ~ John 15:13

I strive to live my life as a Christian man. God has graced my life with many blessings. I am not a career politician nor am I part of the establishment in Washington. I have no political experience; however, what I do have is common sense and rational thought which allows for a strategic approach to decision making. The most important thing is that you, the people of Alabama, have a voice that will listen and convey your message in DC. I try my best to serve more than receive. This is why I'm asking for your vote to become your Congressman and serve the people of Alabama as the 4th Congressional District Representative. I vow to use common sense, strong conviction, and educated decisions while being your voice in Washington D.C.
